Vintage Two (2) Baccarat-Style Swirl Crystal Candle Holders with Uranium Glow

  
These two elegant crystal swirl candle holders are either vintage Baccarat or were designed in the French style. The crystal is high quality as it is extremely clear and the design of these pieces is beautifully detailed. The candle holders also exhibit the presence of uranium, as they cast a greenish glow under UV light. These candle holders likely date to the 1920s when the swirl design, and uranium glass, was popular. They are in very good condition for their age. Please note: one holder has a small chip at the very top and a very tiny chip on the base. These imperfections are clearly shown in the photographs. At 11 inches tall with 6 inch bases, they are heavy, with each holder weighing almost 2 1/2 pounds. These candle holders are truly beautiful and a lovely example of vintage decorative crystal.
