This is a truly rare tall two color Sandwich glass candlestick, in a beautiful translucent jade green socket with an alabaster clambroth glass standard and base. This truly rare example of Sandwich glass has a scarce sanded finish. This example has an hexagonal socket, faceted standard and a double step hexagonal base. This is one of the most attractive and popular shapes of the candlesticks produced at the Boston and Sandwich Glass Company.

This translucent jade and alabaster colored candlestick holder has a sanded finish, making it a very rare and almost one of a kind example. This example is in very good condition with a couple of lines to the base, which may be in-the-making flaws. SIZE: The candlestick holder is 9 1/2 H. At the hexagonal socket and 5 Dia. CONDITION: This example is in very good condition with a couple of hairlines to the hexagonal base, which maybe an in-the-making flaw. There are also some nicks and roughness to the base.
