These are AMAZING and VERY RARE!! Stunning signed Steuben art glass candlestick holders with scrolled snail shell stems, which measure approximately 3 3/4" in diameter across the base, 5" tall, and hold standard taper size candles. In doing some research, I have found that they were designed by David Dowler in 1994, are Steuben design #8376 as shown in the 2003 M. Madigan Steuben Glass reference book, and are rarely found.

In very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. A BEAUTIFUL AND RARE FIND!!
