Offering a very rare 1850's bronze Girandole and Vase combination. It has a bronze woman figure with book with one arm holding a candlestick and the other holding the bronze filigree base for a blue opalene vase. The figure is mounted on a marble base. The base measures 6.5" long and 3.5" wide. The total height of the stick 9.5" and the vase 13.5". The bronze has its original dore' finish in great condition. The candlestick has 10 Spear point prisms 5 long with slight chipping. The blue vase insert is hand blown and has a pontil. This type of Girandole is very rare.
