Oiva Toikka, Iglu Glass, Six Candle Holder, Ashtray, Bowl, Nuutajarvi Iittala

  
Oiva Toikka designed Iglu - series in 1973 and it was manufactured until 1975 in Nuutajärvi glass factory, Finland. Can be used in either way as they were designed so. Colors are light brown, brown, two green, clear-brown and clear.

Hand blown glass with hundreds of small bubbles. If used as candle holder the light will shine through exactly like from snow candle or Iglu.

Beautiful design in dark is seen in the last photo. Two out six are signed "Oiva Toikka Nuutajärvi Notsjö". From my understanding the first Iglu items were signed but later marked with factory sticker. Size range from 2 to 7 cm (0'75-2'75) in height. I post world wide and wrap with care.
