Approximate Height = 8.50 and 7. Hole is smaller and would take a thin more taper type candle. Note there seems like the larger candlestick where the seam goes up the side of candle the bottom two layer's feel sharper, I cannot tell if a defect or maker's style.

The crackling style makes it difficult to determine if any small chip fracture. I'm calling this out in event it's truly any type defect or small chip fracture.
