Heisey Lodestar Glass Dawn/smoke Color Double Candlestick

  

Heisey has the reputation of being one of the top American molded glass companies of the 20th century and their Lodestar line is one of the reasons why. This double candlestick in the Dawn/Smoke color measures 5-1/2 high. No chips or noticeable scratches. If you hold it up to the light you can see a few very light scratches on the base, two of which are about 1/2 long, and a bit of wear to bottom edge, but it is remarkably good shape for being at least sixty years old.

There are a few very very tiny bubbles in base and a short raised mold mark on side of bottom of stem where it connects with base at one point. These are not really visible when it is on display. Very rare piece of Heisey glass.
