Art Deco Modernistic 1920's Flapper Lady Chrome Candle Holder w Vaseline Glass
Here is a stunning and rare Art Deco modernistic chrome 1920's flapper lady candle holder with vaseline glass bowl inserts for candles and vaseline glass base from San Francisco Estate. This wonderful deco lady has a 1920's hairdo and is wearing a 1920's dancing outfit, she is standing on one leg with other leg bent up, and she is holding two metal rings that hold bowls for candle holders or it could be a vase or even a jewelry display piece. The overall measurement is 10" long, 7-3/4" tall, and 4 wide. The deco lady is made of some kind of metal with a chrome finish - a magnet will not stick to her. The base and candle holder bowl inserts are made of green vaseline satin glass with a pretty floral pattern. This fabulous deco piece is signed "Chromium Plate, Made in England" on the side of the lady's leg (see picture). The condition is amazingly very good - shows wear and some normal pitting, but no chips, breaks, or repairs. This fabulous deco lady candle holder came from an estate in San Francisco, and is vintage. She has a great deco look - very modernistic and unique. Pictures don't do her justice. She is truly a vintage piece, and would make a wonderful addition to someone's collection.
